Zack White Leather Co.
Overview
Vegetable-tanned leather at Zack White Leather Co.
Zack White Leather Co.'s current vegetable-tanned collection includes single and double shoulders, tooling sides, and tooling bellies. The listings show several weights and let retail buyers select options or add products to the cart without opening a wholesale account. That makes it possible to compare hide sections and weights directly.[1][3]
The showroom and outlet store are at 809 Moffitt Street in Ramseur, North Carolina. Zack White says retail customers are welcome even though much of its business is wholesale. Its terms page covers shipped retail orders as well as the requirements for wholesale pricing.[2][3]

The vegetable-tanned collection covers single shoulders, double shoulders, sides, and bellies, with listings that run from lighter craft grades to heavier tooling weights. Prices and availability can change. Check the live listing for the exact cut, weight, size basis, and stock before ordering.[1]
Shipped retail orders have a published $15 minimum. Wholesale pricing requires a state sales-tax number or a reseller or manufacturer certificate on file, and the published wholesale minimum is $35. Retail ordering and the qualified trade-account route are separate paths.[2]
The custom-services page also mentions odd-lot leather and poundage scrap, but customers have to ask what is currently in stock. These are variable, inquiry-only formats. Do not assume a particular grade, tannage, piece size, or online quantity will be consistently available.[4]
Service details
Strap cutting, lace cutting, clicking, embossing, and custom die work are documented services.
Zack White says it will cut any side or double shoulder into straps for a fee. It can also cut sides no heavier than 7 ounces into 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch lace. For bird-toy production, the company offers to strip vegetable-tanned shoulders or sides and lists stripped vegetable-tanned scrap in 10-pound increments.[4]
The supplier offers clicking and embossing with customer-provided dies. It can also make steel-rule cutting dies from submitted patterns and specifications, as well as custom embossing plates from suitable artwork. These jobs are quoted directly after discussing the project; they are not standard add-to-cart services.[4]
A service being available does not mean the finished work can be returned. The terms page says leather strips are cut to order and have separate restocking terms, while cut or damaged leather is not accepted for return. Before authorizing custom work, confirm the material, dimensions, expected yield, service charge, artwork requirements, and what happens if there is a problem.[2][4]
Order planning
Shipping and returns.
United States orders
The official terms cover direct shipped retail orders in the United States and distinguish between North Carolina and out-of-state customers. Shipping charges and handling depend on what is in the order. Confirm the live charge and any packaging needs for the particular leather before relying on the total.[2]
International orders
Zack White says it ships to addresses outside the United States and Canada, so it has a direct international-ordering path. Liquids are excluded from international shipments, and the policy does not list every eligible country or product restriction. Confirm both the destination and the items in the actual order.[2]
The return policy provides store credit rather than a cash or card refund. Returns require authorization and must be requested within 30 days. Cut or damaged leather is not accepted, custom-sized belts are generally nonreturnable, and cut strips have separate restocking terms. Check the specifications and agree on remedies for custom services before the work starts.[2]
